Privacy Policy
Shenzhen JUDA Technology Co., Ltd. ("JUDA", "we", "our", "us") operates judacnc.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Shenzhen JUDA Technology Co., Ltd. — data controller
No. 228 Beiting Road, Shajing Houting, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China
Email: xiongjunlin@sz-juda.com
Tel: +86 135 9027 7064
2. What we collect
2.1 Information you give us
When you submit the quotation or contact form we collect your name, company, email address, telephone number (if you provide one), and the content of your message. If you contact us by WhatsApp or email instead, we receive whatever you choose to send.
2.2 Technical drawings and CAD files
If you upload files with a request for quotation — STEP, IGES, Parasolid, SLDPRT, STL, DWG, DXF, PDF drawings or similar — those files are received as email attachments by our engineering team and are used solely to prepare your quotation and, if you place an order, to manufacture the parts. We do not publish them, share them with other customers, or use them to develop products of our own. On request we will sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you send anything; simply ask before uploading.
2.3 Information collected automatically
When you take a contact action on this site — submitting a form, or opening WhatsApp or email from one of our links — we record the page you were on, the site language, the referring website, any advertising campaign parameters in the URL, a short non-identifying reference code, and the time. We do this so that an enquiry can be matched to the request that produced it. This record does not contain your name unless you submitted a form, and it does not track you across other websites.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
2.4 Analytics and session measurement — only with your consent
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion measurement, and Microsoft Clarity. Microsoft Clarity records an anonymised replay of your visit — mouse movement, scrolling and clicks — so that we can see where pages are confusing. Text you type is masked by Clarity by default. None of these run until you agree, and you can withdraw at any time via our Cookie Policy page.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis (UK/EU GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Replying to your enquiry, preparing a quotation, fulfilling an order | Article 6(1)(b) — steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and performance of that contract |
| Recording which page and campaign produced an enquiry | Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in knowing which of our own marketing works |
| Server logs, spam and abuse prevention | Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in keeping the site secure |
| Analytics, advertising measurement, session replay | Article 6(1)(a) — your consent, given through the cookie banner |
| Keeping records required by tax or export law | Article 6(1)(c) — legal obligation |
4. Who else sees it
We do not sell or rent personal data. It is shared only with:
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database.
- Our email provider, which delivers form submissions to our engineering team.
- Google Ireland / Google LLC — analytics and advertising measurement, only if you consented.
- Microsoft Corporation — Clarity session measurement, only if you consented.
- Our marketing representative, who receives a copy of website enquiries in order to follow them up with you.
- Shipping and customs agents, where needed to deliver an order you have placed.
5. Data leaving your country
JUDA is based in China, and your enquiry is read and answered by our team in Shenzhen. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this means your data is transferred outside that area to a country for which the European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision.
Where that transfer is necessary to respond to your own request for a quotation, it is made under Article 49(1)(b) UK/EU GDPR — a transfer necessary for the performance of a contract, or of pre-contractual steps taken at your request. For any ongoing supply relationship we will enter into Standard Contractual Clauses on request. If you would prefer not to have your data handled in China, please do not submit the form — contact us and we will discuss alternatives.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become orders: 24 months, then deleted.
- Uploaded CAD and drawings: retained for the life of the quotation, and for the duration of the supply relationship if you order. Deleted on request at any time.
- Enquiry-origin records (page, language, campaign): 36 months, for marketing measurement.
- Order, invoice and export records: as required by applicable tax and customs law.
- Server logs: as retained by our hosting provider, typically a few months.
- Analytics data: per Google's and Microsoft's own retention settings; Clarity data is retained for a limited period and then deleted.
7. Your rights
If you are in the UK, the EEA, or another territory with comparable law, you have the right to:
- ask what data we hold about you, and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to our processing, including our legitimate-interest processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent for analytics at any time, without affecting what was done before you withdrew it.
Write to xiongjunlin@sz-juda.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority — in Germany your Landesdatenschutzbeauftragte, in the UK the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), in the Netherlands the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Uploaded files are passed to our engineering team as email attachments and are not stored in a publicly reachable location on this website. Access to enquiry records is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if you are sending drawings you regard as highly sensitive, ask us for an NDA and a secure transfer method first.
9. Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in how the site works or in the law. Material changes will be shown on this page with a new date below.
