CNC Machining in China
Factory-direct precision manufacturing with engineering support.

CNC Machining in China — Direct from Our Factory, Not a Marketplace
JUDA Technology is a precision CNC machining manufacturer in Shenzhen, China — we own the machines, employ the engineers, and control the quality. When you send us a drawing you’re talking to the factory that cuts your parts, not a marketplace reselling your job to the lowest bidder. That means honest DFM feedback, consistent quality, and pricing typically 30–60% below US and EU shops without the marketplace markup.
This page is your starting point for sourcing CNC machining from China: what we run, the materials and tolerances we hold, how quality is controlled, and how quoting and shipping to the US, EU, and Israel actually work.

Why Source CNC Machining from China
China’s Pearl River Delta around Shenzhen is the densest precision-manufacturing ecosystem on earth — raw material, tooling, finishing, and logistics are all within an hour. For buyers that translates into three things: lower machine-hour rates (roughly $25–50/hr vs. $60–120/hr in the US/EU), capacity to scale from one prototype to tens of thousands of parts, and speed — because the whole supply chain is local to us. The old objection was quality and communication; a factory with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 systems, CMM inspection, and a multilingual engineering team closes that gap. See our honest China vs. USA cost & quality comparison.
Our Shenzhen Factory
We operate a 4,500 m² facility with 140 staff including 25 senior engineers. Our floor runs 7 five-axis centers plus 3/4-axis mills, CNC lathes and Swiss machines, and 8 CMM/quality labs (Zeiss, Mitutoyo). We reinvest ~20% of revenue in R&D annually to keep equipment and processes current. Because we own the equipment, your part isn’t brokered out to an unknown shop — it’s cut, inspected, and shipped under one roof with full traceability.

Materials We Machine
Every common engineering material and many specialty alloys:
- Aluminum — 6061, 7075, 2024, 6082, ADC12
- Titanium — Grade 2, Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), Grade 23 ELI
- Stainless steel — 303, 304, 316/316L, 17-4 PH, 440C
- Carbon & alloy steels (1018, 4140, 4340, D2), copper & brass (C11000, C360), bronze
- Engineering plastics — PEEK, Ultem, PTFE, Delrin/POM, PMMA, nylon
- Superalloys — Inconel 718, Hastelloy, Monel
Processes
Choose the right process for your geometry and volume:
- 5-axis CNC machining — compound angles, undercuts, one-setup complex parts
- Swiss CNC machining — small-diameter, high-precision turned parts
- 3- & 4-axis milling — brackets, housings, plates, manifolds
- CNC turning — shafts, bushings, fittings, threaded parts
Tolerances & Quality Control
We hold tolerances down to ±0.005 mm on capable geometry, with a standard general tolerance well inside ISO 2768-medium. Every production batch is inspected on CMM with documented reports, and we deliver material certifications traceable to mill heat plus PPAP / AS9102 FAI where required. Read our CNC machining tolerances guide and quality process. Certifications: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, QC080000.
Industries We Serve
Medical devices, aerospace & defense, automotive & EV, industrial automation & robotics, semiconductor equipment, energy, marine, optics, and electronics. Audited supplier to global brands including Huawei, BYD, Emerson, ZTE, and Mercedes-Benz.
Lead Times & Shipping to the US, EU & Israel
- Prototypes (1–5 parts): 24–72 hours from approved drawing + 3D model
- Small batch (10–100): 7–10 business days
- Production (100–10,000+): 14–30 business days depending on complexity and finishing
We ship worldwide by express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for prototypes and by air or sea freight for production, handling export documentation so parts clear customs cleanly.
How to Get a CNC Machining Quote
Send a 3D model (STEP/IGES/X_T) plus a 2D drawing with critical dimensions, tolerances, material, and finish. We reply with a quote and free DFM feedback — usually within 24 hours. If your part can be made simpler, cheaper, or stronger, we’ll tell you before you commit.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is CNC machining in China cheaper than the US or EU?
Yes — machine-hour rates in China are typically $25–50/hr versus $60–120/hr in the US/EU, and because we are the factory (not a marketplace) there is no reseller markup. Total savings on a finished part are commonly 30–60%, even including express shipping. The gap is largest on labor-intensive and finishing-heavy parts.
How do you guarantee quality from a China supplier?
We run ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems, inspect every production batch on Zeiss/Mitutoyo CMMs with documented reports, and provide material certifications traceable to mill heat plus PPAP or AS9102 FAI on request. You can require first-article approval before production and receive inspection reports with every shipment.
What tolerances can you hold?
Down to ±0.005 mm on suitable geometry; our general (unspecified) tolerance sits inside ISO 2768-medium. Tightest achievable tolerance depends on process, material, and feature — see our tolerances guide, or send your drawing and we will confirm what is realistic.
How fast can you deliver, and how do you ship?
Prototypes in 24–72 hours, small batches in 7–10 business days, production in 14–30 days. We ship prototypes by DHL/FedEx/UPS express (2–5 days to the US/EU/Israel) and production by air or sea freight, handling all export paperwork.
Do you protect our design IP?
Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before any drawing exchange, use encrypted file transfer, and can run sensitive projects in access-controlled cells. Design files are purged per your retention policy at end of life.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One. We machine single prototypes through to production runs of tens of thousands. Per-part pricing improves with quantity, and we will quote prototype and production tiers together so you can plan.
Discuss your project with an engineer.
Send us your CAD files and requirements. We will review manufacturability and reply with next steps.
